Starting a franchise
Choose any club
After the opening pickup game, the commissioner introduces you to the league. Set up your manager, then choose a club.
- Review the three offers. A new career draws three clubs at random.
- Use “View All Teams” for the full league. Switch between Western and Eastern to find your club.
- Select a club and review its offer. Choose “Keep Looking” to go back, or “Take the Job” to accept and continue to your club.
A club identity, then your season
The gallery shows each club’s current name, logo and default colors. You can change your home and away uniforms as you manage your franchise.
Players and seasons can change
Some player details are generated when you start a franchise. Drafts, roster changes and results shape each career. Players, ratings and schedules in sample franchises can differ from yours.
Division membership also shapes the schedule. In a full 16-game season, you face the other seven clubs in your division and three clubs from each of the other divisions.
