A tired roster, slow player growth, and an uncertain draft call for different staff. Start with the problem, then compare what a candidate changes before spending Club Funds.

Read the Staff Impact panel
Tap a staff member in the Manager Office. The highlighted meters show which bonuses that role affects.
Medical staff and the trainer share two meters. Scouts and marketing staff each have their own.
Each role fills one staff position. A hire replaces the person already doing that job.
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to read every column.

A smaller contribution to Player Growth raises the XP bonus too.
SCScouting
Talent IntelProvides more scouting reports and clearer information about prospects.
A higher scout rating gives you more reports for the draft. Each report reveals a prospect’s potential alongside their current ratings.
MKMarketing
Team SupportIncreases positive gains in support for the club.
Higher support can unlock a gate bonus for home wins. Marketing does not change shooting attributes.
How the Staff Impact meters are calculated
Staff levels are converted to scores out of 10. Player Growth uses 80% of the trainer score and 20% of the medical score. Team Readiness uses the same split with medical first. Both meters round to the nearest half point.
Each Player Growth point adds 2% XP. Recovery starts at 45% of the stamina lost in that game, then adds 3 percentage points per Team Readiness point. The displayed recovery percentage is rounded.
Talent Intel comes from scouting alone. The marketing meter is called Team Support. Each point adds 2% to positive support gains. It is not a flat Club Funds reward after every match.
These are staff bonuses. Training and medical facilities can add to the final growth and recovery effects.
These website examples use a sample club with one-star interim staff in all four roles. Each candidate replaces just one of them. Every example costs 8 Club Funds for 2 seasons.
Website examples. Choosing an example changes only this guide. It does not hire anyone or change a game save. Values show staff impact before facility bonuses.

This scout raises the draft report allowance from three to five. Each report reveals a prospect’s potential. Reports already used still count against the allowance.
If the roster is tired
In this sample, medical staff raise fatigue recovery from 51% to 60%. The trainer raises it to 54%, but gives the larger XP bonus.
Medical is the stronger recovery choice here. Choose the trainer if player growth matters more to your club right now. Check your medical facility before committing the same funds elsewhere.
The sample scout raises the report allowance from 3 to 5, so you can check the potential of two more prospects before using a pick. Reports already spent count against that total.
The office calls this rating Full Profiles. The current draft screen shows attribute potential, with no separate weakness field. Compare the extra reports with the recovery or growth another hire would provide.
Open Hire Staff from the Manager Office. The market lists candidates with their role, rating, cost, and contract length.
Tap a candidate. Your current staff member appears on the left and the candidate on the right. Read the current and possible Staff Impact values.
Use Back to keep browsing. Opening or leaving a comparison does not spend funds.
Press Hire with the displayed cost when you are ready. This spends Club Funds and replaces your staff member in that role. The button is disabled if you cannot afford the hire.

Costs and contracts
Plan for the next renewal
Paid staff contracts last 2 seasons. The remaining term drops at season end, so keep an eye on it even if you hired partway through a season.
When a contract ends, one-star interim staff take over for free. Open Renewals in Hire Staff to compare bringing back the previous staff member. Pressing Renew spends the displayed cost and starts another 2-season term.
You can also hire a replacement from the market. A new hire in that role removes the previous staff member’s renewal option.
The candidate market refreshes every 3 games. Hire Staff shows the countdown. A hire also replaces that candidate’s market offer, so the board can change before the next full refresh.
