Choose a facility for the problem your club has now. The Gym helps players earn XP. The Medical Center helps them recover. The Club Rink protects Team Support after losses.

Your first renovation
From the lake to the Club Rink
You start on a frozen lake. The commissioner brings your opening budget to 10 Club Funds. The first Club Rink upgrade costs 6, replacing the lake with professional ice and boards. That leaves 4 Club Funds.
This is the rink’s tier 1 to tier 2 purchase. It counts toward the same six tiers used for later upgrades. Your next rink upgrade costs 10 Club Funds.

What each facility changes
01 / Team Support
Club Rink
The rink grows as you upgrade, with more seating and a completed bowl at tier 6. Its gameplay benefit is reducing Team Support lost after defeats.
The protection shown in your upgrade preview includes your fanbase bonus. Better protection reduces a loss. It does not prevent every drop in support.
02 / Player XP
Gym
The training facility adds a bonus to XP earned after completed matches. It starts at +0% and reaches +18% at tier 6.
The bonus adds to your staff’s XP bonus before the match award is rounded. Upgrading does not hand out an attribute point immediately.
The medical facility restores more of the stamina used in a match. Its bonus adds to the recovery rate supplied by your staff.
At tier 2, it adds 2 percentage points to that rate. At tier 6, it adds 18. This is a share of match fatigue recovered, not a flat refill of the stamina bar.
Plan the next purchase
Six tiers. Five upgrades.
The Club Rink, Gym, and Medical Center each start at tier 1. Each purchase advances one tier. They share the prices below, paid separately for each facility.
In Facilities, open Upgrades, choose a facility, then review the current level, next level, benefit, and cost. Your Club Funds are spent when you confirm.
Each arrow reads current benefit → next benefit. Scroll sideways on a small screen.

Tier 6 is the maximum. There is no sixth upgrade to buy. The opening rink renovation is already the first row of this table.
Gym and medical figures show the facility contribution alone. The rink example uses fanbase tier 1. Your fanbase adds protection too, with total protection capped at 50%. Losses are rounded. This protection never reduces a support loss below one point.

The Fan Shop has a separate price list
The Fan Shop unlocks for free after your first ordinary regular-season match. It earns one coin every four hours, including time away from the game. Collect those coins into Club Funds.
Shop upgrades increase storage, while the earning rate stays the same. Earnings stop when storage is full. The shop does not save up extra coins beyond that limit.

Choose for the season you are having
After the opening renovation, there is no single upgrade order that fits every club. Compare the next benefit with the other uses for your Club Funds.
Players are developing slowly
Consider the Gym if the players you want to grow are earning match XP and still have room to develop. Check your trainer too. Staff and the building contribute separately.
Your lineup is tired
Consider the Medical Center if players are carrying fatigue from match to match. It improves recovery after games. Keep checking your lineup and medical staff as well.
Losses are wearing down support
Compare the Club Rink’s next protection value with its cost. It can soften the loss of Team Support, though it cannot stop every decline.
The shop is often full when you return
Consider more Fan Shop storage. If you usually collect before it fills, extra capacity will have less effect on your earnings.
Buildings, staff, and arena style
Facilities provide the tier benefits listed above. The rink purchase changes both the club’s appearance and its support protection.
Staff have their own effects. Trainers mainly boost player XP and give a smaller recovery boost. Medical staff mainly boost recovery and give a smaller XP boost. A Gym upgrade does not hire a trainer. A Medical Center upgrade does not hire medical staff.
Arena cosmetics change the look of your home ice. A different theme does not buy a facility tier or add its XP, recovery, or support benefit. Scenery around the grounds does not mean every building is an upgrade you can purchase.
